Suggested Use
Mix one scoop of powder (approx. 30g) in 200ml of water (or milk if preferred) and shake thoroughly to ensure the mixture is smooth. Consume 30 minutes before and/or after your workout or at any point during the day to increase your daily protein intake. Use between 1-5 scoops per day depending on your protein requirements. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage. For a more filling shake mix two scoops of powder in 300-400ml of liquid.
