Suggested Use
Mix one scoop of powder (approx. 30g) in 200ml of water (or milk if preferred) and shake thoroughly to ensure the mixture is smooth. Consume 30 minutes before and/or after your workout or at any point during the day to increase your daily protein intake. Use between 1-5 scoops per day depending on your protein requirements. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage. For a more filling shake mix two scoops of powder in 350-400ml of liquid.

I have tried a number of unflavoured powders but they all seem to have a after taste. I don’t find this with Essential Gains product. Thank you for a great product.

I have used several different brands of protein powders which left me feeling heavy and bloated – I have none of this with Essential Gains and still feel full and fuelled for a long time. The unflavoured option can be added to anything without ruining the original ingredient flavours which makes it my go to every time.
