Suggested Use
Mix one scoop of powder (approx. 30g) in 200ml of water (or milk if preferred) and shake thoroughly to ensure the mixture is smooth. Consume 30 minutes before and/or after your workout or at any point during the day to increase your daily protein intake. Use between 1-5 scoops per day depending on your protein requirements. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage. For a more filling shake mix two scoops of powder in 350-400ml of liquid.

OMG! The vanilla protein powder!! I have never purchased a vanilla powder that is nice (they usually then end up in the bin) but after purchasing the Blueberry and Strawberry powders (both the best I have ever had) I had to give this vanilla powder a go. I’d like to start by saying that the EG Vanilla protein tastes absolutely amazing! I add it to my smoothies and my porridge too. I love that it’s 100% natural and free from artificial nastiness. I’ve tried other brands and I always either end up feeling bloated or with an upset tummy.
Ordering is a breeze and delivery is super quick too. Excellent service as always! I highly recommend EG and even though I’m partial to the vanilla flavour, the others are great too (I’ve tried them in smoothies at my gym).
